Laboratory Tablet Coating Machine :

The Coating Systems Laboratory Tablet Coating (Technicota® LAB) has been designed and developed to meet the requirements of our customers, who want the flexibility of coating small quantities of tablets. The Technicota® LAB is designed to be self-contained, requiring only power and compressed air. The Technicota® LAB utilizes many technological advances to achieve this standalone operation.

  • Wurster Column conversion
  • All fans are inverter controlled.
  • The body is all stainless steel, double skinned construction
  • The system uses a 5.7 inch colour touch screen display to control all parameters.
  • The unit also incorporates modern design with heat recovery from all available heat sources reducing energy requirements and exhaust air temperature.
